Shipping and Returns

At SporeVault, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered as smoothly as possible. However, we understand that things can happen, so we’ve created a shipping and returns policy that allows for some flexibility.

Shipping Information:

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 4 to 7 business days. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may be longer during busy seasons or holidays.

  • Delivery Time:
    We use standard shipping, which usually takes between 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. While we aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery before reaching out to us.

  • Shipping Costs:
    We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.99 for all orders under $100. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Return Eligibility:
    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, opened spore syringes and used grow kits are non-returnable.

  • Refund Process:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Order Cancellations:
    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 72 hours of placing your order. If your order hasn’t yet been processed, we’ll happily issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, we encourage you to use our return process.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returned items. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable. If you need to return an item, please send it to: [Your Return Address].
