 Appearance: Long, slender stems with small white caps; often grown in tightly packed clusters.

 Flavor Profile: Mild, slightly fruity, with a crunchy texture when cooked.

 Growth Conditions:

• Substrate: Performs well on hardwood sawdust blocks or supplemented Coco Coir.

• Temperature:

• Colonization: 65–70°F

• Fruiting: 50–60°F (cold-loving species).

• Humidity: 85–95%.

• Fresh Air Exchange (FAE): Low; thrives in high CO2 environments for longer stems.

 Yield:

• 5 lb substrate block: 1.5–2 lbs total.

• Flushes: 2–3

• Per Flush: 0.8–1 lb for the first flush; subsequent flushes taper off.
