1. Agreement Overview This Customer Agreement ("Agreement") is between SporeVaultCO.com and you (The Customer). By placing an order on SporeVaultCO.com (the "SporeVault"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Product Use All products purchased from our Site are intended for research, educational, and microscopy purposes only. You agree not to use any psilocybin products for cultivation or any illegal activities.

3. Shipping Policy We will not ship psilocybin products to California, Georgia, or Idaho due to legal restrictions. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for complying with local laws.

4. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on the Site. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.
