Shipping
How long does shipping take
Processing is usually 1 to 3 business days. Delivery after shipment is usually 3 to 7 business days. Peak seasons or weather can add time. Full details: SporeVaultCO.com/shipping
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO or FPO
Yes.
Will my order ship together
Items may ship separately so you get each item as soon as it is ready.
How do I track my order
We email a tracking link when your order ships. You can also use SporeVaultCO.com/track
Live items and gear
What is covered for live items like cultures
On arrival coverage only. If there is an issue at delivery, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Do you guarantee yield
No. Biology varies. Follow the label and good sterile technique.
Returns and refunds
What is your return window
Unopened non perishable items can be returned within 30 days. Opened sterile items cannot be returned. Live items are covered on arrival only. Full policy: SporeVaultCO.com/returns
Who pays return shipping
For defective or incorrect items, we cover the label. For other approved returns, the customer covers return postage.

Is checkout secure
