- Pre shipment: label created, carrier not scanned yet
- In transit: moving through the network. Scans can pause for 24 to 72 hours and still be normal
- Out for delivery: on a local truck today
- Delivered: check porches, lockers, mailrooms, neighbors, leasing office
Delivered but not received
1) Wait 48 hours in case of early scan
2) Check common drop spots, neighbors, parcel lockers, mailrooms, leasing office
3) Still missing. Email Contact@SporeVaultCO.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will help with a carrier trace and offer a one time courtesy solution case by case
Address fixes
Email Contact@SporeVaultCO.com right away. We can update the address until the order ships. After shipment, changes are not possible. If a package returns to us, we can reship once you confirm the correct address. Reship postage may apply.
Returns and problems
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos so we can fix it fast.
