If you save a card for faster checkout, our processor stores a secure token. You can remove saved cards anytime in your account.

When you’re charged

Your card is charged at checkout. If an item can’t be fulfilled, we refund that item promptly.

Declines and holds

Banks decline for many reasons. Try another card or contact your bank. If a pending charge appears after a decline, it usually drops off in a few days. Need help. Email Contact@SporeVaultCO.com.

Chargebacks

Please email us first. Most issues are solved quickly with a replacement or refund. If a bank case opens, reviews can take longer.
