Warranty coverage

  • Live items such as cultures, liquid culture, or spawn are covered on arrival only
    Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Gear and tools have a 30 day defect warranty

Not covered

  • Opened sterile items or used items
  • Normal variability of biological products or any yield guarantees
  • Contamination after opening or misuse
  • Preference or sizing issues

How to start a claim

1) Go to SporeVaultCO.com/returns or email Contact@SporeVaultCO.com within the time window
2) Include your order number and a short note
3) Add clear photos of the issue and packaging if damaged or incorrect
4) If a return is needed, ship back within 14 days of approval

Resolutions

  • Approved defects or misprints are replaced or refunded after review
  • Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Banks may take 3 to 5 business days to post

Care basics

  • Follow the label and any instructions in the box
  • Store as directed on the product page
  • Keep sealed until needed
  • Clean hands and tools before use
  • Work in a tidy space to reduce contamination risk
