What qualifies

  • Live items (cultures, liquid culture, spawn): covered on arrival only.
    Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Non-perishable gear and supplies: unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect or damaged items: tell us within 30 days with photos.

What doesn’t qualify

  • Opened sterile items, used items, or items without original packaging
  • “Changed my mind,” sizing, or preference returns
  • Normal variability of biological products or yield guarantees

Who pays return shipping

  • We cover the label for defective or incorrect items.
  • For any other approved return, the customer covers postage.
  • Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

How to start a return or claim

1) Submit at https://SporeVaultCO.com/returns or email Contact@SporeVaultCO.com
2) Include your order number and a short note.
3) Add clear photos of the item and packaging if damaged, incorrect, or a live-arrival issue.
4) Ship back within 14 days of approval if a return is needed.

Refunds and replacements

  • Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Banks can take 3 to 5 business days to post.
  • Approved defects or misprints are replaced or refunded after review.

Delivered but not received

1) Check porches, lockers, mailrooms, neighbors, leasing office.
2) Wait 48 hours as carriers sometimes scan early.
3) Still missing. Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist with a carrier trace and offer a one-time courtesy solution case by case.

Wrong address or return to sender

Email Contact@SporeVaultCO.com immediately. We can correct addresses until an order ships. After shipment, changes aren’t possible. If a package returns to us, we can reship once you confirm the correct address. Reship postage may apply.
