Where we ship

United States only, including PO Boxes and APO or FPO where carrier allows. Some carrier limits apply to PO Boxes and certain services.

Processing time

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday. Most leave in 1 to 3 business days.
Live cultures may batch ship early in the week so they do not sit over a weekend.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, most packages arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Weather, carrier volume, or remote locations can add time. We will keep you updated if there is a delay.

We use major carriers and select the most reliable and cost effective option for your address:
UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

We email your tracking number at ship time. Track it on the carrier site:

Address fixes

Need to correct an address. Email Contact@sporevaultco.com right away.
We can update the address until the order ships. After shipment, changes are not possible.
If a package returns to us because the address was incorrect, we can reship once you confirm the correct address. Reship postage may apply.

Split shipments

Items may ship from different locations. You may receive more than one tracking number.

Delivered but not received

1) Wait 48 hours in case of an early scan
2) Check porches, lockers, mailrooms, neighbors, or a leasing office
3) Still missing. Email Contact@SporeVaultCO.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will help with a carrier trace and offer a one time courtesy solution case by case

Damaged, incorrect, or live item on arrival

  • Damaged or incorrect: contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We replace or refund after review
  • Live items (cultures, liquid culture, spawn): covered on arrival only. Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos
