Our promise
We respect every customer and partner. We keep things simple and fair. We do not sell your information.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older and based in the United States. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Wholesale program
- Application: Email Contact@SporeVaultCO.com with your business name, resale certificate if applicable, and shipping city and state.
- Minimums and pricing: We will confirm case sizes, lead times, and wholesale pricing in writing. Prices may change with notice.
- Payment: Prepaid unless we agree otherwise. Sales tax collected where required unless you provide an exemption.
- Resale rules: Sell products as labeled and for legal uses only. No medical claims. No relabeling without written approval.
- Shipping: Freight options and timelines are confirmed on each PO. Risk of loss passes at delivery to your address on file.
3. Affiliate program
- How it works: You receive a unique link or code. Orders are credited when a customer uses your link or code at checkout.
- Payouts: We will confirm payout method and schedule in writing when you are approved. You must have a valid US tax status to receive payouts.
- Disclosures: Follow FTC rules. If you got free product or a commission, you must say so clearly in your post or video.
- Brand use: You may use our name and product images to promote our products. Do not alter logos. Do not imply partnership or ownership.
- Boundaries: No spam, no coupon scraping, no cookie stuffing, no fake reviews. Do not bid on “SporeVaultCO” or typos in search ads without written approval.
- Content standards: No illegal activity, hate, harassment, or unsafe setups. Follow platform policies and local laws.
4. Prohibited claims
No medical claims. No guarantees of yield or results. Do not show or encourage illegal activity. Our products are for legal species and lawful purposes.
5. Privacy and data
We keep partner and customer data private and use it only to run the program. We do not sell personal information. Privacy: https://sporevaultco.com/privacy
6. Term and termination
Participation is at will. We may pause or end access at any time for policy violations or risk. You may leave at any time by emailing Contact@sporevaultco.com. Unpaid, valid commissions approved before termination will be paid per the last written schedule.
7. Intellectual property
All site content and trademarks belong to SporeVaultCO LLC or our licensors. You get a limited, revocable license to use provided assets to promote our products.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed commissions earned but unpaid for valid, approved orders.
9. Disputes and law
Please contact us first. We try to solve issues quickly. Colorado law governs. Courts located in Colorado have jurisdiction unless your local consumer laws require otherwise.
